How to Order.
Order Securely Online anytime by adding products to your shopping cart by clicking on the add to cart button located by all in stock products. When you’re done adding items, simply click on the “View Cart” tab at the top and click on the checkout button and follow the directions on the screen.

Downloadable Products:
After about 5 minutes after completed purchase of a downloadable product, you will receive an e-mail with your download link.
After download, open PDF, and you can print from there.

Shipping Rates and Policies
- We are charging a $1.50 handling fee to help offset the rising costs of packaging materials.
Processing Times:
It generally takes between 1 and 3 business days from the time your order is placed for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. Please remember this when calculating shipping times (processing time + time in transit).
NOTE: International orders may take additional time as we verify the information you provide us with the card issuing bank before you order ships.
Tracking Your Order:
Canada:
When your order ships, you will receive an email with complete information on what was shipped and a tracking number, if order is shipped within Canada.
USA:
Because of the cost, small orders (under $ 50) are shipped without tracking numbers. I have no control over shipping times, so be patient, as orders ship anywhere between 4 – 15 business days (business days are Monday – Friday, holidays excluded).
Orders over $ 50.00 will be shipped as an “Expedited Parcel” (5-10 business days) with a tracking number.
So order early if you need products within a certain amount of time. If however you need to receive an order quickly, I can ship it via Purolator or Fed-Ex for the extra charge it will cost to ship.
Orders outside the USA and Canada
We will ship also to Europe and to Australia – we ship it the most cost effective way –
however that it also the slowest way.
Small orders are shipped via Air-mail, and the shipping will take between 4-10 business days. Large orders,however, can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, sometimes even longer, but we are not responsible for those times – please realize that before you place an order.
We will ship internationally, however e-mail us your order, and I will find the best shipping rate and e-mail you back with the shipping costs and you can decide on your order at that time.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Back Orders:
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will deduct the amount of the out of stock item from the total and adjust the shipping charge if applicable. We are very sorry, but we are not accepting backorders anymore.
Return Policy:
All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days from the date of shipping. Exceptions are books and downloadable products.Shipping costs are not refundable.You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returns unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by us.
